Warranty

TamboWatches offers a 1 year limited warranty on all Serviced watches or stated otherwise in listings.

Our Warranty Terms

1. Serviced watches are warrantied for 1 year.  Watches that have not been serviced are sold as is unless otherwise stated in listing. Warranty covers any mechanical failure within one year of purchase. Warranty does not cover:

• Regular wear and tear
• Water Damage
• Any repair attempts outside TamboWatches
• Shipping

Warranties do not imply that you can return watch for refund after 1 year.  Also, these warranties are applicable only on mechanical watches and do not include quartz and/or any type of battery replacement services.

Warranty is valid only for original purchaser.  Warranties are non-transferable.  If you have questions regarding warranty, please contact TamboWatches.
