Payments All Payments on Tambowatches are processed through Paypal. You can either check out as a guest or through your PayPal account. All shipments for purchased items must be shipped to the address on the Paypal transaction(no exceptions).
Shipping and Delivery At this time, Tambowatches ships merchandise UPS through Parcel Pro to locations within the United States and Internationally. International shipping excludes certain countries and does not include VAT or Customs fees. Tambowatches will not for any reason reduce the amount on customs paperwork or declare an item as a gift on customs paperwork. A direct signature is required on all shipments. Absolutely no PO boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on Tambowatches passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Returns/Canceled Orders Tambowatches accepts returns within 3 days after receipt of the purchased item if the item is not as described. Item must be returned in the condition sent including all packaging. There will be a 5% restocking fee plus return shipping on returned items. If you decide to cancel the order before shipment, there will be a charge of 3.5% for domestic transactions and 5% for international transactions. Please be sure to insure the contents for their full value as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Product Warranty Tambowatches offers a 1-year warranty on products sold if stated in the listing of the product.
